Ages 16 and up Looking for a full body water workout? This class is great for those looking for a low impact water workout all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water. Floatation provided for deep water exercises, if needed. No evening water exercise will be offered this winter. All equipment is provided. Pool water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift. All daytime winter water exercise classes will be held at Blanchard Aquatic Center at Century Middle School. Pay as you go class for $8 a class and select specific dates, OR to sign up for the whole session and save $10, or register for one day a week click HERE. *Pre-registration required. Ages 16+ Aqua Zumba is a fun, low-impact, and highly effective total-body workout. It blends cardio and body toning using Latin-inspired music and choreography.
