About Aquatics and Safety

Welcome to Community Education Aquatics

The Community Education Aquatics and Safety program provides a wide range of swimming opportunities in the areas of instruction, recreation, fitness and safety certifications for infant through adult students in the Lakeville area and beyond.

Our program offers year-round instruction to give you or your child a great experience in the water. Our American Red Cross (ARC) trained instructors typically teach throughout the year, so you can count on seeing the same high-quality instructor at each lesson and session.

Winter Water Exercise - Full Session or 1 day per week
Water Fitness

Ages 16 and up Looking for a more intense water workout? This class is great for those looking for a great water workout in a low impact environment all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water. All equipment is provided. Pool water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift. Tuesdays and Thursdays, JAN 7-FEB 6. NO CLASSES FEB 10-APRIL 25 DUE TO CMS Phy Ed swim unit. Classes will resume in May. Look for evening Aqua Zumba classes starting in March! Full Session = 10 classes total, 5 on Tuesdays, 5 on Thursdays Fee: $7/day or sign up for the whole session, one month at a time or even just one day per week for the whole session and save! To register a pay as you go class and select specific dates, click HERE. *Pre-registration required. No cash taken on site.
