Ages 16 and up Looking for a full body water workout? This class is great for those looking for a low impact water workout all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water. All equipment is provided. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the KTMS pool, however, there is a lift, if needed, to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift. EVENINGS @ KENWOOD TRAIL MIDDLE SCHOOL, 5:30-6:15 PM: Tuesdays, June 18-July 30 (NO CLASS July 2) **Pool water temperature at the Kenwood Trail Middle School pool is 85-87 degrees. Fee: $7/day or sign up for the whole session, one month at a time or even just one day per week for the whole session and save!
