    Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, that provides a balanced approach to the development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. This class will be catered to all levels of experience through adding props and adapting moves to challenge your body. We will concentrate on the upper body, core, hips, thighs and buns. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and small hand-weights each night! Props will be provided.

    XaBeat is a dance-fitness program that provides high intensity cardio and toning in a party like atmosphere with simple and easy to follow routines that will help you concentrate on getting a great workout! Sculpt your body and burn calories without even realizing it because you are having fun. All fitness levels are welcome. Register for a 6-week Monday evening or Wednesday evening session.   • Yoga Flow with Optional Weights - Online Course

    YOGA FLOW will be held ONLINE ONLY for all sessions. You will receive a Zoom link upon registration. Drop-in options are still available for all sessions! Yoga Flow is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength, and overall better health. It will also reduce stress, release toxins, and calm your mind through breath control. Additional ab toning will be included in this class. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered by the instructor accordingly. Instructor Stacy Solberg **This class will be offered in person, with an option to join class online. This class will move to online only based on enrolled minimums. All students will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of class.
