This class will be catered to all levels of experience through adding props and adapting moves to challenge your body. We will concentrate on the upper body, core, hips, thighs and buns. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and small hand-weights each night! Props will be provided.

We’ll look at layers of interpretations when it comes to the cards and we’ll have fun with simple readings during class. She leads MPRS (Minnesota Paranormal Research Society) which was founded in 2008, co-hosts The Gathering - a weekly paranormal radio show, and hosts a podcast (My Spirit Experience Podcast) on the spiritual and paranormal.     YOGA FLOW will be held ONLINE ONLY for all sessions. You will receive a Zoom link upon registration. Drop-in options are still available for all sessions! Yoga Flow is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength, and overall better health. It will also reduce stress, release toxins, and calm your mind through breath control. Additional ab toning will be included in this class. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered by the instructor accordingly.
