    L.I.F.E stands for Longevity In Functional Efficiency and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out of shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance quality and quantity of their lives. 50 years of age or older encouraged, but ages 18+ welcome.As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E offers safe, effective workouts - a "gentile" version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could. Many doctors recommend weight training to build bone density and cardio to help with brain health. We get to do both in these classes!

    Energy Medicine Yoga is a yoga practice accessible to individuals of all levels. It will introduce new students to the gentle practice of Yoga and amplify any existing Yoga practice by integrating Energy Medicine techniques. This one hour gentle practice results in a deep love, appreciation and acceptance of yourself just as you are now, as you continue on a path toward your best self. It is yoga . . . electrified!

    Join us and get those steps!  We will have access to a warm and comfortable space for you to walk in this fall and winter.  These sessions are for walking only.  This is a casual walking group.  You may attend any days that the space is listed as open.  A calendar will be sent to all registered walkers.  LNHS walking track is around the top of the North Performance Gym.  Enter through the top doors.LSHS walking track is around the top of the Performance Gym.  Enter through the North doors.Dates are subject to change based on student need of the area.  Please check your calendar for all updates!This $5 pass will be good for the entire year.   • Yoga in Elko New Market

    Come take some time for yourself while you practice yoga with your friends and neighbors. It’s a great opportunity to improve your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance as you practice the yoga poses. Your practice will also include yoga breathing that may help to reduce stress and calm your mind. This class is open to beginner and intermediate yoga students with modifications to help personalize the practice.

Zumba is for all ages, shapes, sizes, male and female. No experience is required. In this total body workout FUN comes first and the physical benefits follow.
