Enrichment Winter/Spring 2026

Jump into this cooking class to master elegant French cuisine beginning with rich French Onion Soup, browned to perfection with Gruyère cheese. Next, you will prepare Coq au Vin, tender chicken sautéed with pearl onions, bacon, and mushrooms in a rich Burgundy wine sauce. This is served with a wild rice blend and Green Beans Amandine. We finish with a light, moist, and exceptionally decadent Chocolate Soufflé, served with crème anglaise and sauces.


Participation Course (18+) These classes include both demonstration and hands-on instruction. Many food items are prepped by the Chef in advance in order to get through these amazing recipes in 3 hours.
