     LEAP! “Literacy Enrichment At Preschool” Your preschooler is invited to join us as we learn about a new Author each month. We’ll read, sing and rhyme together as we discover a variety of stories that are sure to inspire continued reading beyond our classroom walls! This enrichment class will reinforce reading readiness skills, pre-writing skills and early mathematical concepts that will ignite your child’s love of learning!     Small Wonders School of Science Young children are naturally curious explorers who are eager to discover information about the world around them. Children learn scientific concepts by exploring observing and investigating materials and ideas. These experiences provide the foundation for abstract and scientific thought. Science concepts are encompassed throughout the key areas of early learning; for example, children use pretend play to explore and manipulate materials, creative arts to discover a variety of ways to express their ideas, and literacy and language arts to research answers to questions.
