Let the adventure begin! This drop-off class is the perfect place for curious 3–5-year-olds to imagine, explore, and grow—all on their own! Guided by a licensed early childhood educator, children will dive into art projects, enjoy playtime, and build important “big-kid” skills like taking turns, solving problems, and following routines. Parents are required to attend an additional ECFE class during the week that includes a parenting education component. Children do not need to be potty trained to attend; however, staff are unable to assist with diapering. All ECFE classes are taught by a licensed early childhood and/or a licensed parent educator.
Julie is a licensed Early Childhood and Parent Educator with a masters in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary’s University. She has been working with families and children in the Lakeville Area School District since 1994. She enjoys working in ECFE! Julie, her husband and their cat, Petunia live in Lakeville. She has 2 adult children who live in the Twin Cities. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting and cheering on the Vikings.
