Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) / 0-5 Multi-Age Options -
2024 Fall & Yearlong

Ages: 0-5 years

Parent and child will separate for part of this class.

Step into learning with your child as they explore and grow. Infants through pre-kindergarteners will have opportunities for sensory play, social interaction and build developmental skills. Adults will have time to meet with a licensed parent educator to discuss the celebrations and frustrations that come with the parenting journey. All ECFE classes are taught by a licensed early childhood teacher and/or licensed parent educator.

Juliann Berg

Early Childhood Educator

Julie is a licensed Early Childhood and Parent Educator with a masters in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary’s University. She has been working with families and children in the Lakeville Area School District since 1994. She enjoys working in ECFE! Julie, her husband and their cat, Petunia live in Lakeville. She has 2 adult children who live in the Twin Cities. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the cabin, crafting and cheering on the Vikings. 


Connie Russeth

Connie is a licensed Parent Educator and Elementary Education teacher and has been in the education field in a variety of roles for 20 plus years and has been teaching ECFE in Lakeville since 2007. In addition to her ECFE classes, Connie is also one of the Early Childhood Screeners and teaches a “Home Alone” class in the district. Connie, her husband, 3 teenagers and doodle dog live in Lakeville. She considers it a privilege to work alongside you and your child.
