Ages 8-14

Older students build confidence while learning the fundamentals of horseback riding in a supportive environment with calm, well-trained horses. This two-day program covers proper riding position, ground handling, and horse care, including grooming and tacking. Campers practice balance and control through obstacle patterns and team exercises. New this year, participants enjoy a guided trail ride experience. No prior experience is necessary for this hands-on introduction to barn safety and horsemanship.
