This course provides an in-depth review of the challenges associated with parental estate planning. Using 30 years of experience and local Minnesota examples, we examine critical issues such as probate complications, nursing home asset protection, guardianship, and family conflict. Participants will learn how to avoid common pitfalls through proactive planning and the effective exchange of information between generations. All questions are addressed in an open and collaborative environment.
