Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Women Empowered | Ages 12+ (females only - gender specific questions please inquire directly)

Whether you are a young woman in high school, heading off to college, an adult solo traveler, or an independent professional, the Women Empowered program is for you! You will learn realistic defensive strategies against the 20 most common attacks by an assailant who is larger, heavier, and stronger than the intended target. From hair-grabs and choke-holds, to bear hugs and weapon defenses, the Women Empowered program covers it all. Beyond the physical defensive techniques, Women Empowered also reinforces awareness principles, risk assessment, and verbal and psychological strategies a woman can use to set safe boundaries with others – even if the perpetrator is someone she knows. At the core of this mindset is the belief that we, as women, are worth defending! Get ready for a ton of fun and female empowerment! *Ladies under 18 require parent to be present on the first day of class to sign their waiver and ladies under 14 must be accompanied by an adult*
