Open gyms are intended for both new and returning members interested in cheering during the 2024-2025 Season. This includes squads such as JV Comp, Varsity Comp, Varsity North Sideline, and Varsity South Sideline.

Summer Band Camp for 5th Graders Only (24-25 school year)

Advantage Educational Programs gives students the option of preparing for the ACT exam in three different ways: the In-School ACT Preparatory Course, the Virtual ACT Preparatory Course, or the Online ACT Preparatory Course.

Ages 5-13
Mat Rats 2 is designed as the next progression after Mat Rats 1, providing gymnasts with opportunities to build on foundational skills and develop more advanced techniques. In this class, athletes will work on beam skills such as back walkovers, dismounts, and jump connections. On floor, our experienced coaches will guide students through more complex tumbling, including round-off back handsprings and front tucks. Students will also develop vault skills by learning to vault over the table and expand their abilities on bars, working on kips and jumping to the high bar.
To ensure the best placement for each gymnast, coach approval is strongly recommended before enrolling in Mat Rats 2. If you have any questions about your child’s readiness, please consult with a Lakeville Community Ed Gymnastics Coach or reach out to the Gymnastics Coordinator at cegymnastics@isd194.org.
