Lakeville Area Community Education is collaborating with the elementary and middle school band teachers to offer group band lessons this summer. Students will receive an introduction to their percussion band instrument and the fundamentals of playing. This class is great preparation for the fall school band program. Depending upon the number of students in the groups, students may be split into different groups.
During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate where you will be getting your percussion kit. *If you are getting it from a music company we will need to know which company. This is so the instructors can have your kit ready for you on the first day. If you have questions about getting a percussion kit, please talk to your child's elementary school band teacher.
