Open gyms are intended for both new and returning members interested in cheering during the 2024-2025 Season. This includes squads such as JV Comp, Varsity Comp, Varsity North Sideline, and Varsity South Sideline.

Summer Band Camp for 5th Graders Only (24-25 school year)
Experience a full day of learning and exploring with our new Youth Enrichment Combo Camps for students going into grades 1-6! Why choose just a morning or afternoon of fun when you can have BOTH and a lunch break in the middle.
Advantage Educational Programs gives students the option of preparing for the ACT exam in three different ways: the In-School ACT Preparatory Course, the Virtual ACT Preparatory Course, or the Online ACT Preparatory Course.

Looking for a more intense water workout? This class is great for those looking for a great water workout in a low impact environment all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water.
All equipment is provided. Pool water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, JAN 7-FEB 6. CLASS on Jan 9 will be held on Wednesday, Jan 8 and class on Jan 16 will be held on Wednesday, Jan 15.
NO CLASSES FEB 10-APRIL 25 DUE TO CMS Phy Ed swim unit. Classes will resume in May. Look for evening Aqua Zumba classes starting in March!
Full Session = 10 classes total, 5 on Tuesdays, 5 on Thursdays (1/9 & 1/16 changed to Wed 1/8 and 1/15)
