Yoga Flow with Optional Weights

Enrichment Winter/Spring 2025

Yoga Flow is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength, and overall better health. It will also reduce stress, release toxins, and calm your mind through breath control. Additional ab toning will be included in this class. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered by the instructor accordingly.  Instructor Stacy Solberg


**This class will be offered in person, with an option to join class online. This class will move to online only based on enrolled minimums. All students will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of class.
