Enrichment Winter/Spring 2025

Be kind to your body and mind with this slower-paced traditional hatha class that is excellent for beginners, experienced yogis, and students recovering from injuries. This class will explore range of motion, stretching, balance, movement, strength, and breathwork . Leave class feeling relaxed and recharged. Yoga mat required.

My Name is Hollie Carr. I am a survivor, lover of all things inverted, abundance seeker, wellness warrior, mom of boys and dog lover. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Yoga Instructor and Mobility Expert! I have been teaching and coaching for over 7 years, I hold numerous certifications and have a degree in Exercise Science. I'm your "One Stop Shop" for fitness, nutrition and learning sustainable habits that will carry you to the life you enjoy! I am always learning and educating myself for the benefit of my clients. I focus on functional movement training and the skills you learn with me you can incorporate into your daily life. When you focus on the little things it allows you to move better, live better & feel better! Education is a huge passion of mine. I love research and learning new skills so I can pass that knowledge onto my clients. Step outside your box and challenge yourself to make positive changes in your life! I can help you get there!   • ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CPT 2015 to Present
  • RYT-200 Yoga Instructor Teacher Training, Saint Paul College, 2014, Additional 125 hours of Training in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga in 2015.
  • Precision Nutrition, Level 1 Nutrition Coach, 2017-Present
  • USA Weightlifting Sports Coach 2016
