Kickstart your fighting spirit! Whether you want to learn the most effective striking art for self-defense or drop some extra pounds, this is for you! Muay Thai is regarded as the science of 8 limbs utilizing punches, kicks, elbows and knees for a true full body workout. Muay Thai fighters respect all, but fear none! Required equipment: Loaner gloves will be provided, but you can bring your own if you have them. Hand wraps, shin guards and other equipment are not necessary, but recommended. Bring a water bottle!
