Open gyms are intended for both new and returning members interested in cheering during the 2024-2025 Season. This includes squads such as JV Comp, Varsity Comp, Varsity North Sideline, and Varsity South Sideline.

Summer Band Camp for 5th Graders Only (24-25 school year)
Experience a full day of learning and exploring with our new Youth Enrichment Combo Camps for students going into grades 1-6! Why choose just a morning or afternoon of fun when you can have BOTH and a lunch break in the middle.
Advantage Educational Programs gives students the option of preparing for the ACT exam in three different ways: the In-School ACT Preparatory Course, the Virtual ACT Preparatory Course, or the Online ACT Preparatory Course.
Join Community Education for specially designed classes for adaptive students and adults.
Grades: 3rd-6th (**2nd graders that do not place on an Elementary Comp team will have an opportunity for placement)
Our older recreational squad is designed to help introduce the basics of cheerleading and as well prepare athletes for our Elementary Comp teams. Athletes will be working on skills required for a traditional competition routine including jumps, stunts, and tumbling at an easier level of commitment. Cheerleaders will be performing at a total of 2-3 events. Strong attendance is required for individual and team success!
Season Schedule:
Practices: Mondays (5:30PM to 6:30PM)
July 29th - Mid December
**2nd graders that do not place on an Elementary Comp team may have an opportunity for placement
Events/Competitions:
Allison graduated from Rock Hill High School in Ironton, Ohio in 2014. She started cheering in elementary school in 2006 and cheered all the way through graduation, as well as running track. After she graduated high school she went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelors degree in History with a minor in European Studies in 2018. She cheered for the Badgers co-ed team for her junior/senior year for both football and basketball (2016-2018). She loves all things cheer and is so excited to be working with the Lakeville teams!
Shelbie graduated class of 2011 from Lakeville North where she started cheering in 2006. Her later years of high school she also cheered for Northern Elite All Stars as well! Upon high school graduation, she attended Iowa Western Community College where she competed for their coed team and as well earned an Associate Degree in Management Info Systems. After Iowa, she went to Northwest Missouri State to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and as well competed for their large coed team. She is very passionate about cheerleading and has been coaching the program since 2016!
