Ages 16 and up Looking for a more intense water workout? This class is great for those looking for a high intensity workout in a low impact environment all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water. All equipment is provided. Pool water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift. Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 7-July 25, 10:15-11 am. NO CLASSES ON JULY 2 & 4. 22 classes total, 11 on Tuesdays, 11 on Thursdays. **The pool at Century will be closed for cleaning beginning July 28 so there will be no class on July 30 and August 1, which is 2 less classes than what was listed in the Spring/Summer Community Ed catalog. All classes are held at the Blanchard Aquatic Center at Century Middle School. Fee: $7/class OR sign up for the whole session or even just one day per week for the session and save!
