Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, that provides a balanced approach to developing of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. This class will be catered to all levels of experience through adding props and adapting moves to challenge your body. We will concentrate on upper body, core, hips, thighs and buns. All levels are welcome. Remember without challenge there is no change!
