Yogurt and Mozzarella Cheese for Beginners
Easy, inexpensive, nutritious and gluten free – learn to make mozzarella cheese and yogurt at home. These fresh treats are tastier and are healthier than store bought products! Carol is always looking for new skills in her own life and enjoys sharing what she has learned. She has been involved with life-long learning for most of her career life - at Community Education in Rochester, MN for 15 years and then at Elderhostel Inc. for another 14 years.
Carol loves to cook and share good food with family and friends. She was raised on a farm and had the opportunity to learn about good home cooking from her Mom.
