CrossFit Tweens - Ages 9-12

Grades 3-6


Our Tween CrossFit class starts with a warm up, transitions to stretching, and then the remaining time is spent on skill work and an actual workout. Each class ends with a quick game. We make fitness FUN! Every class is different and that is what keeps it exciting, as well as helps each child be a well-rounded athlete. In this class we provide a safe introduction to weightlifting and really work on core strength and body control. We will work on physical and mental strength, endurance, and cohesion all in a package relative to making each person stronger.
