Yoga Flow with Optional Weights

Yoga Flow is excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength, and overall better health. It will also reduce stress, release toxins, and calm your mind through breath control. Additional ab toning will be included in this class. Bring a yoga mat and optional light weights. This class is appropriate for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered by the instructor accordingly.  Instructor Stacy Solberg

Stacy Solberg was a Montana farm girl who moved here in 1991. After a car accident in 2000, she found yoga and other natural ways to help heal and reduce the pain. She loved the yoga so much that she decided to become certified to teach it and help others. She has her 200 RYT from Corepower Yoga. Other certifications include: Yogafit 1, Yogafit Prenatal/Postpartum, Yoga for Seniors, YogaStrength with weights, Yin Yoga, CPR/First Aid Responder and Thai Yoga Massact. She is eager to meet the Lakeville Community Education students!
