My Story-Chathu Sam (Founder of fitness Boomers)
As a single mother with full-time career and five year old daughter - finding the time to keep her physically fit can be a painstaking task. I have created this idea to help parents and children alike. Your choices for professional fitness development in connection with your child appears to be limited to late evening hours or weekend - a lot of times involving high costs and contracts. My time is valuable and my daughters's health is even more valuable. I thought to myself- fitness needs to be taught on a basic level in preschool/early years. It is just as important as Math, English, and Spanish.
With this program she still gets to participate in an extra activity and it helps her to do better ,focus better, learn to communicate better, learn to work as a team, learn some basics of sports skills, and fitness, and start a healthy lifestyle at a very young age.
